Work Day - 4-9-2022
April 9, 2022 was a day spent on various demolition tasks. Volunteers took down drywall, pulled nails, peeled wallpaper, pulled nails, removed insulation, pulled nails, began clearing wires and... pulled nails. Also, old copper pipes were cut up in preparation for recycling.
Dr Phil Wanyerka stopped by to check on progress. Dr. Wanyerka is a professor at Cleveland State University and has led archaeological digs within Richfield Heritage Preserve including near the Oviatt House.
