Work Week - 10-24-2022
All of the scaffolding was taken down beginning the week of October 24th. This presented an unobstructed view of Oviatt House and its new paint job.
Now we've moved on to address the rotted sills. There are areas on three sides of the house where the old sill beams were rotted. These will be removed and replaced with pressure-treated lumber.
